TRIOS Scanner

The majority of restorative and cosmetic treatments and orthodontic options we provide require the capture of bite impressions. These reflected representations of your smile are used by the dental lab to create restorations, oral appliances, and other products. To ensure completely seamless treatment, the Lyndon Family Dental team offers fully integrated planning, design, and creation using digital imaging, x-rays, and now the state-of-the-art TRIOS Scanner. Rather than capturing impressions of your smile using putty, these impressions are quickly and cleanly captured using a handheld scanner. Where traditional impressions can be difficult to take, make a mess, and still may not capture all the pits and grooves in the surfaces of your smile, our TRIOS scanner picks up even the smallest crevices in teeth, offering more predictable and accurate designs the first time. Best of all, these scans can be instantly transferred to our dental lab, so technicians start creating your restoration immediately. This can cut total treatment time in half!

Digital X-Rays

To accurately diagnose your needs, Dr. Rinoldo needs to have a comprehensive picture of your smile. A visual exam gives us part of this picture, but only a small part of it. That's why we take X-rays, and specifically digital X-rays. Digital radiography produces clearer images than traditional radiography, and it's safer for patients exposing them to 70% less radiation. What's more, the images we capture are immediately available and don't have to be physically stored anywhere.
